Ok cruise, nothing special. We booked a room on the Lido deck, nice access to everything. Embarkation was a breeze, so much better than the last time sailing out of San Francisco. Everything was going good until we got charged for expensive glasses of wine $49.00 a glass. We don't drink wine. Went to guests services and got interrogated about not wanting to pay for it and explained it was not us who ordered it. She did nothing so we were complaining to some Bar staff and they investigated it and found it was changed to us by accident because we share the same last name as the wine drinkers. Guests service made us feel like we were lying. Any way we found over the 11 days that we were charged many times for stuff we never ordered via the app. They all got fixed but made me continually check the app. On the third day our AC gave out. the cabins near us were leaving their balcony doors open and the room steward asked them to close them but they didn't. On day 5 or 6 when our cabin was really warm too warm to sleep they brought us a fan, it helped but still could not sleep, the cabin was miserable. As for the food, same old menus. Only saw something on the menu one night that we were willing to sit for 2 hours to eat and it was Soooo overcooked, ate at the international cafe all the other days. We did get bored eating sandwiches for dinner every night. We do not eat in buffets because we have seen some pretty bad manners up there. I was a little disappointed as we were celebrating a birthday and our 20th anniversary and no mention, you used to get a special dessert or something now nothing. Why do they put that on the app asking is you are celebrating something. Out of 11 days they had good music, all the other days it was string instruments all day, boring to me. The staff were all wonderful expect the guests services.

The Princess Luxury Bed is available across the fleet except for Regal Princess, where most staterooms have been updated. On Regal Princess all Full Suites and Club Class staterooms have been updated and we are continuing to convert the few remaining beds.
